“Yoga has been a big part of my life for over 5 years. I began practicing yoga to help calm my mind in times of stress & confusions. It has helped me cultivate a greater understanding of who I am & I have chosen to dedicate a lifestyle to learning about & sharing this medicine with others. Every person in this world is a beautiful light & we each deserve to see our own. Life can be rigid & at times we forget how truly divine each of us is. To help bring back that gentleness & love into each persons life is my ultimate goal.
A slow paced, soft style of yoga with poses created to help relax the body & clear the mind. Poses are mostly done on the ground & held for longer periods of time. Much like meditation yin yoga helps develop qualities of surrender & observation on & off the mat. Threw our breathing & our bodies we journey to a place of openness & ease.
