Yoga gives us a chance to quiet the mind and listen to the body. When we take time to follow the breath, we find and create a safe space to learn about our unique journey as well as the ways our shared experience connects us. Thru focus and practice we build awareness, self-acceptance, and the realization that our breath holds everything we need in this moment….and in every moment.
Monica has been practicing yoga since 2006, and teaching since 2013. She completed her 200 Hr teacher Training with Raye Lynn Rath and Becky Jordan thru Sacred Heart Yoga. She is currently working with Gioconda Parker and Christina Sell thru the Alchemy of Flow and Form 300 hr program. She considers herself most fortunate to get to share this practice with others in a foundational, supportive, and lighthearted way. With classes designed for you to feel that rejuvenating afterglow, Monica invites and empowers students to seek that which they’ve had in them all along. She looks forward to sharing time and exploring space with you!
